Officials struggle to help Palo Alto deal with latest Caltrain death

Amid the tragic aftermath — for the third time since May — of a teen’s death on Palo Alto’s Caltrain tracks, city leaders will work this week to soothe a frayed community, promising an all-out bid to “prevent any more of these from happening.”
