His trial results include obtaining a multi-million dollar jury verdict for the plaintiff in a fraud/breach of contract case. On the defense side, Mr. Emanuel achieved an excellent result for a client in a commercial real estate dispute by convincing the court to exclude virtually all of the plaintiff’s evidence, forcing a dismissal of the entire case before a jury was even impaneled.
